Lucas is an entrepreneur at heart who started his career focused on computer science & robotics, and transitioned to talent management when joining Brex 3 years ago. Since joining Brex, the company has grown from <50 people to over 500, and during his time there, Lucas has run a few different organizations, currently serving as the Head of Relationship Management.
